1. General Health at Time of Placement

All puppies from Angelapapillons are raised with the utmost care and attention to their health and well-being. Each puppy is guaranteed to be in good general health at the time of placement.

Prior to going to their new home, every puppy will:

• Be carefully observed for overall health and development
• Be free from visible signs of illness
• Receive age-appropriate care and attention

The buyer acknowledges that the puppy is accepted in good condition at the time of transfer.

2. Veterinary Examination (72-Hour Requirement)

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the puppy.

• If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health condition that was present prior to placement, the buyer must notify Angelapapillons immediately and provide written veterinary documentation.
• Failure to have the puppy examined within this 72-hour period will render this portion of the guarantee void.

This step ensures the puppy’s well-being and provides peace of mind for both parties.

3. Health Guarantee Period

Angelapapillons provides a [insert timeframe – commonly 6 months to 1 year] health guarantee against serious hereditary or congenital conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.

This guarantee covers:

• Genetic conditions present from birth
• Serious hereditary defects diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian

This guarantee does not cover minor conditions, non-genetic illnesses, or issues that may arise due to environmental factors.

4. Exclusions

This health guarantee does not apply to conditions resulting from:

• Injury, accidents, or neglect
• Improper care, poor nutrition, or lack of veterinary attention
• Exposure to illness after leaving our care
• Stress-related minor conditions (such as mild digestive upset during transition)

Normal variations such as size, coat, or minor cosmetic differences are also not covered.

5. In the Event of a Covered Condition

If a serious hereditary condition is diagnosed within the guarantee period:

• The buyer must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian
• Angelapapillons must be notified promptly
• A second opinion may be requested at the breeder’s discretion

If the claim is validated, Angelapapillons will offer one of the following (at breeder’s discretion):

• A replacement puppy from a future litter
• Or another mutually agreed resolution

No cash refunds are guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Ongoing Care Responsibility

The buyer agrees to provide proper care for the puppy, including:

• Regular veterinary check-ups
• Up-to-date vaccinations and preventative care
• A safe, clean, and loving environment

This guarantee is only valid if the puppy receives appropriate care after leaving Angelapapillons.

7. Non-Transferable Agreement

This health guarantee applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable. It becomes void if the puppy is sold, rehomed, or transferred to another party.

Angelapapillons remains committed to every puppy beyond placement. We are always available to offer guidance, advice, and support throughout your puppy’s life
